These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the FindMyDarts mobile application and the findmydarts.com website (together, the "Service"), published by Antony Couture, sole proprietor.
Purpose of the Service
FindMyDarts is a free platform enabling darts enthusiasts to discover amateur tournaments, playing venues, participate in a community and benefit from gamification features. Certain premium features are accessible through a paid subscription ("FindMyDarts Pro").
Registration and Account
Registration is free and open to any individual aged 16 or older. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. By creating an account, you expressly accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service fairly and in accordance with its intended purpose. The following are prohibited: identity theft, publication of illegal, insulting or discriminatory content, unauthorized spam or commercial solicitation, any attempt to circumvent security measures, and the use of bots or automated scripts.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you publish (reviews, photos, comments). By publishing it on FindMyDarts, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute and promote it within the Service. Content that violates our community guidelines will be removed and may result in account suspension or deletion.
Intellectual Property
The FindMyDarts application, its source code, design, logos and editorial content are the exclusive property of Antony Couture. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Personal Data
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at findmydarts.com/privacy. You have rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability, exercisable from the application or by email.
Limitation of Liability
FindMyDarts provides information for indicative purposes (schedules, venues, tournament dates) and cannot be held responsible for their accuracy. The publisher shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service, nor for any interruptions or technical malfunctions.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the application settings. The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms, without notice or compensation.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the publisher's place of residence.
